Today there is more interest in enhancing the buttocks perhaps than ever before. One option for enhancing the buttocks when diet and exercise alone have failed to achieve the desired results, is through Butt Implants. Butt Implants use soft, soft silicone implants that can’t leak, but will need to replaced over time. Capsular contracture (scar formation) is less likely to occur with butt implants than breast implants. These implants are inserted through a small incision in the crease of the buttocks so scars are nearly imperceptible.

After the procedure, patients will be restricted from sitting for the first two weeks. After six to eight weeks, patients will be able to resume physical exercise. Ideal candidates for the butt implants are in good health with realistic expectations who want to increase the size and projection of their buttocks, but don’t have enough fat to opt for the Brazilian Butt Lift (which uses fat from another area of the patient’s body to enhance the buttocks).
